Kimberley Smith (34) finished fourth in 32:41. Won by 2016 London marathon winner 31 year old Jemima Sumgong of Kenya in 31:26. A record 8833 women finished the race.
Portland Track Festival, Portland OR - 11 June 2016
Mary Davies (33) ran a personal best 10,000m of 32:31.32 in finishing seventh. She took two seconds off her previous best time at Stanford in May. The 25 year old American Natosha Rogers won in a meet record of 32:06.82. Davies was also under the meet record of 32:36.05.

Dorne Cup Cross Country Races, Trentham Memorial Park - 11 June 2016
Wellington Harriers Senior Men won the Dorne Cup for the first time since 1997 beating current New Zealand Road Relay Champions Wellington Scottish. Scottish had won the last eighteen editions. Wellington were led by Marcus Karamanolis (3rd overall) who is currently back from the United States where he is on scholarship at Providence College and put four athletes in the top ten. The team of Marcus Karamanolis, Daniel Nixon, Ryan McAlister, Tim Cornish, Sam Pendreigh and Joel Wyatt rounded out victors with 53 points to Scottish in second with 68 points. Wellington Harriers Senior Men's Captain Tim Cornish reported the win over Scottish as "huge for the club and a real team effort". The Dorne Cup in its 90th year has been a regular fixture in the Wellington Interclub scene when it was donated by the Dorne's to Hutt Valley Harrier Club in 1925. Wellington Harriers and Scottish will next renew their rivalry at the Wellington Centre Champs in Grenada on July 24th. WHAC also won the womens teams event from Olympic Harriers. Evan Cooper of Scottish won the mens 8km in 26:03 from club mate Tim Hodge 26:05 with Karamanolis third in 26:57. Sarah Drought (WHAC) won the womens 6km in 22:41 from Nicole Mitchell (Hamilton Hawks) 22:57 and Sarah Gardner (Trentham) 23:19.
Stephen Day won the master mens 40 8km in 27:01 with the teams going to Scottish. Dallas McCallum won the MM 50 8km in 29:08, Scottish taking the teams. Paul Sharp won the MM 60 plus 6km in 23:59, WHAC the teams. Emily Solsberg won the MW 6km in 25:26 and Victoria Humphries the MW 50 6km in 25:06, Scottish winning both MW teams.
Under 20 winners were Stefan Przychodzko the 4km in 13:02 and Kelsey Forman in 14:54. Phoebe McKnight won the W18 4km in 14:49 the teams to Hutt Valley H & AC. Max Karamanolis won the M18 4km in 13:04, WHAC taking the teams.
