New Zealand runner Kimberley Smith has blasted the field to win the prestigious London 10,000 metre road race.
The 27-year old Olympic finalist shot to the lead from the start, leaving the rest of the field, including Beijing marathon champion Constantina Dita, strung out behind.
Smith finished in The Mall in a time of 31'38", over two minutes ahead of Hatti Dean of Great Britain, with Dita third.
