Cuban Dayron Robles broke the world 110m hurdles record, clocking 12.87s at the IAAF grand prix meeting in Ostrava, Czech Republic yesterday.
He beat the previous record of 12.88s set by China's Olympic champion Liu Xiang in July, 2006. Liu finished fourth yesterday.
