Olympic heptathlete Sarah Cowley is switching events in order to win gold at the Commonwealth Games.
Cowley is ditching the heptathlon in favour of the high jump for Glasgow 2014.
She says she's already jumping around 1.91 metres and that could win gold.
"If you go back over the Commonwealth Games, 1.90m to 1.92m is the highest that has been won in the last few years but you're talking about 1.88m upwards, that's the crucial bar height that you want to get to."
Cowley says with specific training she could jump much higher.
