Dame Valerie Adams has finished third in the latest Diamond League shot put competition in the Moroccan city of Rabat.
Adams best of 18.93m in the fifth round is her best this year, since the birth of her daughter in October.
The competition was won by Christina Schwantiz, who like Adams is back competing after a baby-break. The German world champion from 2015 gave birth to twins in July last year.
The former World Champion from New Zealand won silver at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in April with 18.70m and her Rabat performance indicates that it wont be long before Adams is regularly throwing over 19 metres.
The double Olympic Champion is based with her family in Switzerland and her next Diamond League competition is in Monaco next Friday.
