The White Ferns have thrown their support behind Team New Zealand with a quirky video out of their training base in England on the eve of the women's Cricket World Cup.
The video turns their team gym into a catamaran using equipment to act out grinders, cyclors, wing trimmers and a helmsman. The squad even go so far as to perform a tack.
The video ends with "Emirates Team New Zealand" winning the race.
Captain Suzie Bates then addresses the camera sending her well wishes.
"Hey Team New Zealand, on behalf of the White Ferns we just wanna wish you all the best for the upcoming races against Oracle. Hopefully you can bring the America's Cup back home to New Zealand".
The White Ferns play their first World Cup game against Sri Lanka on Saturday night (NZ time).
