Alex Maloney and Molly Meech have kept their grip on top spot at the 49er sailing world championships in Porto.
The FX Olympic silver medallists have had three wins and a second placing to be four spots clear ahead of two days of medal racing.
Maloney says the breeze increased and they had a nice swell to play with.
Fellow Kiwis Erica Dawson and Kate Stewart are seventh.
Josh Porebski and Trent Rippey are 14th in the men's fleet and are out of top place reckoning.
