Kiwi poker player Jamie Mulligan holds the chip lead over the remaining 42 players at the Auckland Poker Championships Main Event at Sky City casino.
100 poker players put up $2,200 to enter the tournament which has generated a prizepool of $200,000.
After the completion of Day 1b last night, Mulligan holds 117,300 in chips where the average for the remaining 43 players is 46,500.
First place will take home $63,000. Play will resume at 12.30pm today and the final table will be played from 1pm on Monday.
