The three sites in Golden Arches Place are surplus to requirements.
Given the high level of interest from occupiers and investors in Wiri as an industrial location, the titles should prove popular in the market, Warby says.
"We expect to receive inquiries from owner-occupiers in the freight, logistics and distribution sectors as well as other businesses which could benefit from the excellent transport links of this location."
The sites at 6 and 8 Golden Arches Place are 1452sq m and 1292sq m and No10 is 3390sq m.
Johnston says: "These sites are ideal for smaller office and warehouse facilities, which are in limited supply at the moment in the South Auckland industrial market.
"It's a great opportunity for businesses to design and build their own facility on quality, well-located land close to road and air transport."
The land, zoned business 5, is less than 1km from the South-western Motorway and the Southern Motorway is within easy reach. "This is one of the reasons Wiri is one of the most sought-after industrial locations in South Auckland," Johnston says."Wiri's excellent motorway access, combined with the close proximity of the main trunk rail line, makes for an unrivalled location for a range of businesses which require direct access to transport infrastructure."
Golden Arches Place is off Noel Burnside Rd, which in turn links to Puhinui Rd, a major arterial leading west to the airport, only 6km away.
"With continued growth and the upcoming State Highway 20 extension providing an alternative link to the North Shore and West Auckland, Wiri's potential as a valuable industrial location is firmly established," Johnston says.
"Some of New Zealand's best-known brands have already discovered the benefits of basing their operations in Wiri, with Croxley, K-Mart, Bridgestone, Frucor, Progressive Enterprises, Downer EDI and Foodstuffs all having premises there."
Warby says that attractive land prices compared with other areas of Auckland also mean Wiri is becoming even more in demand among industrial occupiers.
"Wiri offers significant cost benefits over more traditional industrial areas in South Auckland, where land prices are at a premium."
