Agents are describing an office and showroom for sale at Albany as a prime investment with easy access to two motorways.

The unit is to be sold at auction on March 28 unless sold earlier by negotiation.

Rental income on the property is $78,506.25 per annum plus GST and operating expenses. Total outgoings on the property are $11,054.69pa, says Meister.

His colleague Andrew Bruce, who is also marketing the property says it's a soundly-built property that offers a good income.
