With a shortage of high-quality industrial warehousing units reported in the popular Penrose and Mt Wellington areas, two high-quality office and warehouse units have become available for lease in Goodman's The Gate Industry Park at 373 Neilson St, Penrose.

"Mid-market industrial space is now so limited that, aside from the units at The Gate, there is not a single vacant A-grade industrial building between 1000sq m and 2000sq m available in the central industrial area," says Herlihy.
