A large warehouse property leased to Fonterra in Dunedin's Silverstream Industrial Park has sold for $1.6m, at a yield of 9.5 per cent. The sale of Lot 3, 180 Dukes Rd, North Taieri, was brokered by Dean Collins of Colliers. It comprises a 2257sq m warehouse with high roller doors, a canopy and in-built offices and amenities on a 3033sq m freehold site.
Bare Rosedale site
A 2,951sq m bare site at 59 Arrenway Dr, Albany, has sold for $2.1m at $711 per sq m through Matt Mimmack and Laurie Burt of Bayleys. It is one of the few such sites remaining at Interplex Business Park, Rosedale.
