Silverstream warehouse

A 23,481sq m warehouse and office building, on a 4.0369ha site at 57 Kiln St, Silverstream, sold to an owner-occupier for $10m through Richard Faisandier, Mark Hourigan and Fraser Press, Bayleys Wellington.

Glen Eden buildings

A 2062sq m Mixed Use site at 41 Cartwright Rd, Glen Eden, with three industrial buildings, totalling 1244 sq m, sold for $1.7m through James Valintine and William Gubb, Bayleys Auckland.

Parnell Rd carpark

A fully leased two-level carpark on a 755sq m freehold site at 292-294 Parnell Rd has sold for $7,088,000, a land rate of $9388 per sq m. The deal was brokered by Henry Thompson of Whillans Realty Group.

Pakuranga corner shops

A 430sq m building with shops plus accommodation on a 1355sq m corner site zoned Business Neighbourhood at 60-62 Tiraumea Dr, Pakuranga, was sold for $940,000 by Tony Chaudhary, Janak Darji and Amy Weng, Bayleys South Auckland.

Wairau Valley Target

A 3265sq m freehold industrial site at 6 Target Court, Wairau Valley, has sold by private treaty for $3.2m, brokered by Nick Recordon, Matt Prentice and Jimmy O'Brien of Colliers International, a yield of 6.7 per cent.

Kingsland industrial

A 372sq m site at 343 New North Rd, Kingsland, with a 222sq m industrial building has sold for $1,650,000 through Kate Kirby, Stephen Scott of Bayleys Auckland who have an adjoining 372sq m site for sale.

Ormiston office and warehouse

A 1675sq m industrial office/warehouse at 18 Ormiston Rd, East Tamaki, has sold at auction for $3,205,000. The deal was brokered by Jolyon Thomson and Paul Jarvie of Colliers International.

East Tamaki site

An 1454sq m industrial site at 11 Neales Rd, East Tamaki, has sold for $2,385,000. The deal was brokered by Jolyon Thomson and Paul Higgins of Colliers International.

Hastings retail properties

Two retail properties at 108 and 325 Heretaunga St West, Hastings, have sold off the market for $900,000 and $400,000 respectively. Both 290sq m properties were brokered by Danny Blair of Colliers International.
