A 480sq retail unit at The Landings, Timaru, leased to Hunting & Fishing, has sold by negotiation for $1,724,000 at a yield of 7 per cent in a deal was brokered by Courtney Doig, Charlie Oscroft and Gareth Fraser of Colliers International.

Ngauranga Wellington sale

A 1326sq m industrial warehouse, Unit 14 at 5-7 Lower Tyers Rd, Ngauranga, has sold for $1.2m. The deal was brokered by Tim Julian and Ben Taylor, Colliers International.

Mount commercial corner

A prime 2849sq m commercial corner site at 260-272 Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui, with two buildings totalling 1802sq m, sold for $7.1m at a 3.69 per cent yield through Brendon and Lynn Bradley, Bayleys Tauranga.

Boutique Auckland CBD floor

A mixed-use property at 2A-2D Vernon St in Auckland CBD has sold for $3.2m at a 4.7 per cent yield through Cameron Melhuish, Matt Gordon and Genevieve Thompson-Ford, of Bayleys Auckland. It has a 111sq m boutique office floor with a monthly tenancy, three 81.5sq m to 90sq m apartments and car parking.

A 748sq m industrial unit with 11 parking spaces, at 19 Orbit Drive, Albany, has sold for $2.2m through Ashton Geissler and Laurie Burt, Bayleys North Shore Commercial.

A 300sq m commercial office space at 20 Fitzherbert Ave, Palmerston North, has sold for $940,000. The deal was brokered by Grant Lloyd, Doug Russell and Phil Nevill of Colliers International, a yield of 8.82 per cent.

A 2292sq m mixed-use zoned site at 72 & 76-78 Onehunga Mall, with two partially tenanted commercial buildings totalling 1257sq m, has sold for $1.8m through Ranjan Unka, Bayleys North Commercial agent, with colleagues Scott Kirk and James Were.
