A 493sq m vacant bare land site zoned Mixed Use, with a height limit of 21m, at 4 Newsome St, Onehunga, sold post-auction for $725,000 at $1,470.6 per sq m through Tony Chaudhary, Janak Darji and Amy Weng, Bayleys South Auckland.

A 220sq m retail building on a freehold 382sq m property at 360 Albert St, Palmerston North, has been sold at auction for $800,000 by Phil Nevill, Grant Lloyd and Doug Russell of Colliers International, at a yield of 5.5 per cent.
