Refurbished Albany industrial

A recently refurbished 2424 sq m industrial building with five tenants on a high profile 4532 sq m road front site at 1-3 Parkhead Place, Albany, sold for $5.1m at a 7.7 per cent yield through Alex Strever, Laurie Burt and Matt Mimmack of Bayleys North Shore Commercial.

New Plymouth site

A 9266 sq m industrial site, with 2026 sq m of high and medium stud warehousing, at 690-694 Devon Rd, New Plymouth; that has massive exposure to SH3; sold with vacant possession for $2.3m through Mike Adams of Bayleys Auckland; and Iain Taylor and Alan Johnston of Bayleys Taranaki.
