$32.5m for East Tamaki centre

A 18,126sq m distribution centre and office at 68-80 Stonedon Dr, East Tamaki, has been sold by Greg Goldfinch and Andrew Hooper of Colliers International for $32,577,392, representing a yield of 6.25 per cent.

Three gas stations sold

Three Caltex service station and associated Fix stores have been sold to separate purchasers for a total of $12,775,000 by Alan Haydock and Damien Bullick, of Bayleys Auckland. They are at 913 Dominion Rd, Mt Roskill, for $4,175,000 at a 4.62 per cent yield; at 682 Gt South Rd, Penrose sold for $3.9m, a 5 per cent yield; and at St Lukes Rd/Sandringham Rd, for $4.7m, at a 4.49 per cent yield.

Paraparaumu Beach property

An 880sq m commercial office and retail on 1844sq m of land at 345-347 Kapiti Rd, Paraparaumu Beach, has sold by tender for $2,013,000, representing a yield of 7.47 per cent, in a deal brokered by Dean Anderson of Colliers International.

CBRE auction successes

A 660sq m industrial property at 12 Stock St, New Lynn, marketed by Michael Bray and Deborah Dowling of CBRE, was sold at auction for $970,000. A 900sq m clear span office-warehouse, at 28CAndromeda Crescent, East Tamaki, marketed by CBRE's Patrick Sammon and Lewis Watson, sold at the same auction for $1.75m.

Tauranga commercial land

A home on a 414sq m section zoned for commercial use and including four onsite car parks, at 194 15th Ave, Tauranga, was sold for $550,000 through Bayleys Tauranga salesperson Lloyd Davidson.
