Bruce Whillan's Ray White Commercial team has moved into new offices on Level 3 of The Annex at 41 Shortland St and has been boosted with the addition of three former Bayleys agents: Stuart Bode, Henry Thompson and Jan Hewitt.
Bode was with Bayleys for 15 years and has been involved in the sale of more than $1 billion worth of industrial and commercial property in a 25-year career. Before going to a real estate agency he was an Auckland law firm partner for 13 years, focusing on commercial and industrial property.
In the past four years, Bode, in conjunction with Thompson, has particularly focused on selling "trophy" properties in the prominent city fringe areas, including Ponsonby, Kingsland, Parnell, Remuera and Newmarket.
They both have investment sales roles with Ray White Commercial.
Thompson, with more than five years' experience in commercial and industrial sales, worked in the Bayleys' commercial investment team, where he was directly involved in sales worth more than $100 million. He has experience in consultancy, project management, and development.
