A strategically located block of bare land of just under 8000 sq m in East Tamaki is being marketed as offering a wide range of development options for the next owner.
The 7952 sq m corner site at 27 Accent Drive, just off Te Irirangi Drive, is among more than30 properties featured for sale in Bayleys' latest Greater Auckland commercial and industrial property portfolio.
"It's in a sought after location where land is tightly held and changes hands very infrequently," says Mike Adams of Bayleys Auckland who, with colleague Clint Barber and Dave Stanley of Bayleys South Auckland, is selling it by tender closing September 24 unless it sells earlier by negotiation.
"The vendor bought the land intending to build business premises but is now selling because of priorities elsewhere," Adams says.
He says the near level site benefits from dual street access with a substantial 80 metres of frontage to Accent Drive and 36 metres to Beale Place. He says the land is well positioned between a cluster of large, modern light industrial properties and the Te Irirangi Drive area which is a block away.

Adams says there is good access and visibility to 27 Accent Drive from the controlled intersection of Te Irirangi Drive and Accent Drive. Accent Drives carries east to west traffic and is used by commuters working in East Tamaki or further out in Highbrook and beyond. The Te Irirangi Drive arterial carries more than 30,000 vehicles a day on average between the eastern suburbs and Manukau and on to the airport.
Stanley says the property is located in a high growth area which is benefitting from the continuing development of residential areas such as Botany, Dannemora and Flat Bush and the growing business hub of East Tamaki and Highbrook.
