Queenstown lakefront bach sells for over a million

A three-bedroom bach on the Lake Wakatipu waterfront in Queenstown has sold for $1.2 million.

And real estate agent Max Guthrie reckons that is still practically a steal.

The bach was the second in the Queenstown area to fetch more than $1 million last week.

A four-bedroom Kelvin Heights holiday home sold for $1.45 million.
