A well located single level office and administration, built in the 1990s, is for sale on a regular shaped freehold site on the southern fringe of Pukekohe's CBD south of Auckland.
The 294.14 sq m building at 11-13 Roulston Street occupies a 1012 sq m site and is zoned Mixed Use.
Jason Woodyard and Peter Churchill of Barfoot & Thompson Commercial are marketing the property for sale by auction at 3 pm on Wednesday, July 22, at the agency's 68 King St office in Pukekohe, unless it sells beforehand by negotiation.

Woodyard says the building is leased to Idea Services Ltd for a net annual rental of $50,000 plus GST on a six year term commencing February 17 last year and having a six year right of renewal to market with full ratchet provision. Outgoings are paid by the tenant.
"Overall this is a well located property that is very accessible to Pukekohe central and the major transport routes in and around the town," Woodyard says.
