"The units are superbly located on a corner site on the Oracle Drive section of the Orchard

Oracle Drive is off Corinthian Drive – housing the commercial hub of Albany – which in recent years, has seen an increase in national and international brands take up a presence in the area. It is also close to main arterial routes both north and south, with handy access to the Albany industrial precinct and to a large residential catchment of skilled workers and customers.
The property itself, benefits from being close to two motorway access points at Greville and Oteha Valley Rds.
Paulin says the purchase of a unit requires a 10 per cent deposit with the balance payable upon completion around August 2019.
