KEY POINTS:
The sale of Bluff's Paua House is imminent.
The property, previously owned by Bluff identities Fred and Myrtle Flutey, drew tourists from all over the world.
Current owner and grandson to the Fluteys, Ross Bowen, caused outrage when he removed the collection of more than 1000 polished paua shells from the house in February.
The 1950s seafront house has been on the market for $275,000, after being reduced from a starting price of $299,000.
