The company, which has expanded into property development in the wider Auckland and Wellington regions, developed two two-level office buildings on the site and has already leased all the upper levels of the property and four of the eight ground-floor tenancies.
"The remaining four tenancies of 141sq m to 420sq m are available for lease in a standard office fit-out including suspended ceiling, lighting, standard power and data outlets and air conditioning for open plan," says Philip Lendich, managing director of Mercury Holdings.
