Muriwai Record

A Muriwai home with spectacular coastal views has set a new record price for the beachside town, selling at a Bayleys auction for $890,000. Designed by architect Richard Priest, the Waitea Rd property attracted strong bidding. Heather Hitchings, of Bayleys Northwest, who marketed the property with Richard Cadness from Bayleys Titirangi, says a search of sales statistics for Muriwai shows the price achieved was close to $50,000 above the previous record.
