Westbury Estate, a luxurious corporate retreat set in over 37ha of parkland at 435 Batty Rd, Karaka, south of Auckland City, is being marketed for sale within Colliers International's latest National Portfolio with offers closing on Wednesday, August 25.

"This is a superior estate that could be operated as a retreat or enjoyed as one of the best residential properties in the country," says Roger Seavill, who is selling it with colleague John Davies on behalf of Batty Road Holdings Limited.

Seavill says potential buyers could include high net worth individuals from New Zealand and abroad who will be interested in a pre-eminent rural estate close to Karaka and Auckland.
