Sixteen units being built ranging from about 140sq m to 540sq m, while the ability to merge units together could potentially provide up to up to 950sq m.

Laurenson Business Park will have a full drive-around-plan, one providing easy traffic flow and easy truck access via a wide 8m right of way.
The development will have signage onto the road with illuminated signs on the buildings.
Another feature of the development is the high ratio of car park numbers, far exceeding the minimum requirements on many of the units.
This is designed for commercial buildings with substantial showrooms, which have relatively larger staff and more visitor numbers, requiring additional space.
However, there is a mix of "tradie units" of about 140sq m to 160sq m, to the lavish showroom warehouses of 216sq m to 531sq m.
Mezzanine office space at the rear of some buildings is a feature of the buildings, allowing full-stud heights for roller doors to operate at the front.
