The former lower North Island head office and distribution warehousing premises tenanted by supermarket giant Foodstuffs is for sale.
Bayleys Wellington salesperson, Fraser Press, says the property is to be sold with a potential yet-to-be negotiated, short-term, leaseback to Foodstuffs.
