For the second year running, Colliers has won all three Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) awards.
RICS global vice president Craig Fossick said the awards recognised the number of sales in excess of $5 million last year, based on data provided by Real Capital Analytics and verified within the industry.
The awards, announced at the annual RICS New Zealand global commercial property seminar, recognise achievement in commercial, industrial and retail categories.
Mark Synnott, chief executive of Colliers International New Zealand said a number of notable sales last year helped the agency win the awards. They included the Chancery car park building in Auckland CBD, which sold for $38 million; the Countdown supermarket in Lynfield, Auckland ($20 million); the Valley shopping centre in New Plymouth ($42 million) and the Ports of Wellington ($80 million).
The agency also beat competition from throughout the Asia Pacific region to win the top Five Star award for Best Property Consultancy - Marketing at the annual Asia Pacific Property Awards, in association with HSBC and RICS Asia.
