Colliers International has established a new project and building consultancy services division to be based at its Auckland CBD office.
Mark Synnott, chief executive of Colliers International NZ, says the new division will provide a wide range of project services to expand its rapidly growing consulting role under Alan McMahon, national director of consulting and research.
The agency has partnered with Alec Dunn and Hugh Rebbeck of Rebbeck Dunn; and Peter Watters, formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle New Zealand and, more recently, Singapore.
Rebbeck and Dunn have built Rebbeck Dunn into a leading industry player over the past two and a half years, providing project management, development management, technical due diligence and other building consultancy related services to a growing number of blue chip owner and occupier clients.
Watters says the new division will benefit Colliers's growing client base, enabling a full range of buying, developing, managing, valuing and selling solutions to be offered.
