The outlook for investors who bought into the Viaduct Carpark mortgage bond issue remains uncertain after the Hartner collapse.
Bonds offering 11 per cent were sold on the carpark but they were associated with Hartner directors Wayne and Gaile Hartner and financial controller Mike McQuarrie.
ANZ loaned $8.1 million to help buy the $13.5 million building. A total of $5.4 million of bonds were issued to investors on a five-year term.
