The building returns $437,000 in rent annually, according to the agent selling it, John Binning of Jones Lang LaSalle. More than 65 per cent of the rent comes from the shops, in the heart of downtown Auckland, he says. The building, at 112 Queen St, is on the northern corner of Vulcan Lane and has 810 sq m of office space. It was extensively refurbished about a year ago. The vendor is Prudential Assurance.
