The largest vacant industrial building currently available for lease on the North Shore is offering about 9719sq m of warehouse, office and showroom accommodation.

Situated at 10-12 Rothwell Ave, Albany, the property is on a substantial 1.4309ha corner site with 131 car parks and has dual access also from Unity Drive.

Matt Mimmack, of Bayleys North Shore Commercial and Jimmy O'Brien, Colliers International have a joint sole agency to market the property for lease by negotiation.
