Property developer Antony Gough has long seen promise in the seaside Christchurch suburb of Brighton, and for the past decade he's owned what has become a crucial site in its redevelopment.
Gough bought the first of three adjoining properties in 2002, and in late 2010 added another two to make a regular shaped site ripe for redevelopment.
With his time fully occupied on The Terrace, Gough has decided to sell the sites at 2 and 16 Brighton Mall, and 211 Marine Parade, opposite the pier and new $11 million hot salt water pools complex.
Colliers investment sales broker, Courtney Doig, says the properties will go under the hammer at 10am, on April 11.
"I've got my hands full with what I'm doing in town," Gough says.
