The winning house from TV3 DIY series The Block is back on the market - just three months after it sold.
The property in the Auckland suburb of Sandringham sold for $1.35 million - $190,000 over the reserve - at a live televised auction in early December.
Christchurch couple Brooke Thompson and Mitch Davies pocketed $290,000, making them the winners.
In the advertisement for the three-bedroom, two bathroom home on TradeMe, it is described by the Professionals real estate agent as "gorgeous from the street and absolutely stunning".
"This easy layout is the perfect mix," the advertisement said.
"Throw open those doors off the designer kitchen, dining and living to a wrap around deck, backyard and feature barbecue area."
The house had some hi-tech features installed during the show, including a Louvretec roof and a Luxurite TV.
Banker Thompson and plumber Davies were regularly painted as the show's villains, taking a hammering in news headlines and social media comments for their on-screen attitude, which included harsh reviews and tactically marking down competitors' handiwork.
The couple had no regrets from the show, Thompson told the Herald last year.
"I personally hate confrontation, I do anything to avoid it. I really care how other people perceive me, so I actually found it really hard."
Her advice to anyone thinking about applying for the next season of the show was to "pick who you want to do it with very carefully".
"You need to have a really open and honest relationship. You can't let things build up ... to get the job done. If you're thinking of auditioning just do it, it's the best thing we've ever done. We learnt so much and grew as people. It's unbelievable the life experience you get."
Last month it was revealed the Auckland suburb of Meadowbank would be the location for next season of The Block NZ.
QV property records showed production company Eyeworks bought 95-97 St Johns Rd.
