Two large Henderson sites comprising over five hectares of vacant land on the main arterial route of Lincoln Rd have been put on the market.
"The two former vineyard sites are open to a wide range of development options," says Luke McGill of JLL who, with colleague Ben Curran, is marketing 313 and 329 Lincoln Rd for sale via an expressions of interest campaign closing at 4 pm on Friday March 4.
"The combined sites provide 5.9 hectares of developable land in the commercial precinct of Henderson and border the State Highway 16 north-western motorway, Lincoln Rd and Central Park Drive," McGill says. "They have access to Lincoln Road and the benefit of huge exposure to motorway traffic."
He says the sites are zoned Working Environment under the Waitakere District Plan which allows for a range of business activities such as retail, commercial and industrial operation. "However, under the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan they will be zoned Light Industrial allowing for logistics, storage, manufacturing, distribution and transport facilities.
