Bach sales

Bayleys sold three baches at auction this week. An old, four-bedroom, kauri homestead on a 2795sq m beachfront site at Arran Bay, Waiheke Island, sold for $1.75 million. The property had a boatshed, deep water mooring and jetty. A basic bach on 1728sq m with sea views in Napean Ave, Waiheke, went for $289,000, and a 1950s, two-bedroom bach off Scott Rd, Tamaterau, near Whangarei Heads, sold for $425,000. The property has 842sq m of waterfront land.
