Woodyard was also involved in the sale by auction of the Pukekohe ASB bank on a 407sq m site at 4 Hall St, for $1,210,000 for a 6.4 per cent return, with a new 6-year lease of $77,700pa.

A 446sq m industrial unit with five car parks in Bush Rd, Albany, has been sold vacant for $500,000 through Matt Mimmack, Bayleys North Shore and Harold McCracken, Bayleys Auckland. A 143sq m Albany office unit with five car parks in Rosedale Rd was sold vacant for $526,000 by Stephen Scott and Richard Moors of Bayleys Albany.
