A 109sq m retail unit on the ground level of the Custom House building at 5/314 Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui sold for $670,000 at a 7.6 per cent yield by Brendon Bradley of Bayleys Tauranga. The unit is occupied by Savvie Wine Bay on a three-year lease to May 2010.
Huntly tyre business
Mike Swanson of Bayleys Waikato has sold a 113sq m site in five titles with a 263sq m Goodyear tyre retail showroom and workshop in the centre of Huntly for $350,000. A tyre company purchased the land, buildings and business.
