The 569sq m Nike NZ head office comprising Unit J at 15 Mercari Way, Albany, has been sold with 15 carparks for $1,650,000 at an 8.4 per cent yield by Daryl Devereux, Nick Howe-Smith and Sarah de Zwart, Bayleys North Shore Commercial.

Mount Custom unit

A 109sq m retail unit on the ground level of the Custom House building at 5/314 Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui sold for $670,000 at a 7.6 per cent yield by Brendon Bradley of Bayleys Tauranga. The unit is occupied by Savvie Wine Bay on a three-year lease to May 2010.

Huntly tyre business

Mike Swanson of Bayleys Waikato has sold a 113sq m site in five titles with a 263sq m Goodyear tyre retail showroom and workshop in the centre of Huntly for $350,000. A tyre company purchased the land, buildings and business.

Anchor tenant

A 722sq m, two-level 10-year-old industrial unit with 11 carparks, leased to Anchor Financial Services for 12 months at 19 Orbit Drive, Albany, has been sold for $1.4 million at an 8.4 per cent yield by Ranjam Unka, Greg Healey and Matt Mimmack of Bayleys North Shore Commercial.

Hamilton historic

Mike Swanson and Jim McKinlay of Bayleys Waikato have sold an elegant 1920s 400sq m weatherboard building on a 257sq m site at 58 Anglesea St, Hamilton, for $1,348,000.

Lake Rd liquor store

Leased to a liquor store, a 200sq m 1950s building on a 407sq m site at 130 Lake Road, Belmont, has been sold for $858,000 at a 6.7 per cent yield by Christina Heaven and Richard Moors of Bayleys North Shore Commercial.
