David Cattanach, an experienced realtor with more than 25 years' experience, says establishing an office at Westgate is a strategic move that will complement his company's existing branches in Hobsonville and Greenhithe. "We have an eight-strong sales team led by Kim Robinson and a property management team of three managed by Janeane Davis, with capacity in the new office to increase both teams as the business grows."

Mark Pittaway of Bayleys Manukau, has sold a 398sq m National Bank building on 1562sq m site with 28 carparks at 19 William Roberts Rd, Pakuranga, for $1,650,000 representing a 7.3 per cent yield. The bank has a three-year lease from July 2009, with one three-year right of renewal.
