Rosemary Wakeman, of Bayleys North Shore, has sold Unit 1 at 28 The Avenue, Albany, for $710,000 at an 8.7 per cent yield. The 175sq m retail unit has eight years to run on lease. Nine was enough Bruce Whillans, national director for CB Richard Ellis, was the company's top fee earner last year, with nine sales totalling $165 million. Whillans also won an "excellence in agency award".
