The Big Bay Holiday Park located on 1.5 hectares of coastal land on the northeastern tip of the Awhitu Peninsula just 90 minutes' drive south from downtown Auckland is for sale as a freehold property and going concern business.

Big Bay Beach is one of five sandy beaches on the western shores of the Manukau Harbour and is a little over 600 metres in length. The park's old septic tanks have also been replaced with a NaturalFlow eco-wastewater and sewerage bio-friendly system along with the installation of a modern recycling station with a glass crushing machine.
