Alignment has universal appeal

One of New Zealand's largest home builders, Universal Homes, has aligned with Ray White Real Estate to boost home construction sales. Ray White Real Estate will now market Universal Homes' estate developments throughout greater Auckland.

Chief executive officer of Universal Homes, Graham Street, says outsourcing sales to Ray White is an extremely positive move that will see Universal Homes continue to move forward in the home construction marketplace.

The company is currently marketing an extensive range of properties in seven land and home estates in Auckland.

Ray White Real Estate's chief executive, Carey Smith, says having Universal Homes as part of his company's portfolio is exciting.

"It will provide home buyers with access to the new home market through our offices, which make up the second-largest real estate network in Auckland," he says.
