1.Information on How to Enter and all details on the competition ad form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms below prevail. By entering, readers accept these Terms.
2.Entry is open to NZ residents only. Anyone employed by (and any immediate family member of someone employed by) APN or Repco Rally New Zealand are ineligible to enter. APN is APN New Zealand Limited (and its related companies). Entries close Monday, August 18, 2008 at 5pm.
3. There are two prizes to be won: (1) Repco Rally New Zealand Family Experience: This prize is for 2x adults and 2x children and includes one Family Pass to Mystery Creek,
Official Rally Merchandise 4 x t-shirts, 4 x caps, a Repco Gift Pack, 2x Model Cars, a Personal "Behind the Scenes" tour of Repco Rally New Zealand and WRC TV Headquarters, Dinner at Coyote Bar (to the value of $120.00) and accommodation at Anglesea Motel, Hamilton in a 2 bedroom unit on the nights of Friday 29 and Saturday 30 August 2008. Accommodation is not transferable. (2) WRC Buddy Experience: This prize is for 2x adults and includes 1 x PWRC Shakedown Ride on Monday 25 August in the Waikato, a meet and greet with some of the Subaru WRC team, exclusive "Behind the Scenes" tour of Repco Rally New Zealand and WRC TV Headquarters, Repco Rally New Zealand Merchandise (Jacket, shirt, & cap each) and Event Passes & Programmes. Event Passes can only be used at this event Thu 28 31 August. Entitles wearer to access to all rally stages as listed: Friday stages - Pirongia & Waitomo; Saturday stages - Franklin & Te Akau; Sunday stages Raglan; Plus all Special Rally Stages at Mystery Creek Events Centre in Hamilton.
For both prizes it is the winner's responsibility to make their way to the event and cover any associated costs.
4.Winners will be notified by phone in the first instance and then by post in the form of a winner's confirmation letter. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the draw, APN may re-draw a new winner of the prize. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.Neither APN nor Repco Rally New Zealand are liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6.Late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegal, incomplete, illegible, damaged, reproduced, or altered entries are invalid. APN is not responsible for such entries or for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.
7.APN reserves the right to vary these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
8.APN reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. APN may disqualify any person who tampers with the process or fails to comply with these Terms.
9.Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects and holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners and verify prize winners' identities and the information. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by APN by calling 0800 100 888. Failure to provide all requested personal information might result in the entry being invalid.
10.By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes.
