Terms of Entry for The New Zealand Herald "WIN WITH MIZONE" Competition:

How to enter:
To enter readers need to send in their favourite local running circuit, either in the form of a map of the track with marked street names/landmarks, or in the form of written directions.

Enter via email: Readers simply send their running circuit to winwiththeherald@nzherald.co.nz along with their first name, surname, address and telephone number by midnight on Saturday, October 17.

Enter via post: Readers simply post their running circuit to WIN WITH MIZONE

Entries should be received by Friday, October 16, 2009 and include your first name, surname, address and telephone number. Each entry must be in a separate envelope.

Terms of entry
Information on How to Enter and all details on the promotional ad form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms below prevail. By entering, you accept these Terms.

1)Entry is open to NZ residents only. Anyone employed by (and any immediate family member of someone employed by) APN any agencies associated with this company or with the promotion are ineligible to enter. APN is APN New Zealand Limited (and its related companies).
2)The major prize consists of:

- A personalised training programme designed by World Champion Triathlete and Double Olympic Medalist, Bevan Docherty in consultation with the winner. (The date and time for the personalised training programme is subject to Bevan Docherty's availability and will be arranged in consultation with the winner.)

- A Polar RS300X Heart Rate Monitor

- An Athlete's Foot gift card to the value of $230, plus an Athlete's Foot running cap

- A Mizone product pack

The 9 runner-up prizes consist of

3)The major prize winner will be notified by phone. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days from the draw date APN may re-draw a new winner. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or service and no exchange communications will be entered into.

4)Neither APN nor MIZONE (FRUCOR) are liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5)All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by APN (for email entries, when received in to APN's "WIN WITH MIZONE" email inbox and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant). APN's records are conclusive as to time of receipt. Late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegal, incomplete, illegible, damaged, reproduced, or altered entries are invalid. APN is not responsible for such entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.

6)APN reserves the right to vary these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.

7)APN reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. APN may disqualify any person who tampers with the process or fails to comply with these Terms.

8)Email entrants are identified by the email address used to submit the entry. Any prize won by an email entrant will be awarded to the holder of the email address (or that person's parent/guardian) from which that entry was submitted. APN takes no responsibility for disputes resulting from entries submitted using an email address belonging to any other person.

9)'Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects personal information and APN and holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners, verify prize winners' identities and may be used for APN 's future promotional activities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by APN by calling 0800 100 888. Failure to provide all requested personal information may result in the entry being invalid.'
10) Each entrant agrees that, if he or she wins a prize, his or her details (including name, suburb/town, and photo) may be published in The New Zealand Herald (print and/or online) and used for other publicity purposes.
