1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed
acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters'
associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due
obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure. In case of any unforeseen difficulties, the Promoters reserve the right to exchange the prize for one that it considers of equal value.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their first and surname, current and valid email address and daytime contact phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Eligible Entrants may only enter once on an email address. Any subsequent entry after the first valid entry received from an eligible entrant will be invalid.
6. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. Promotion commences at 12:01am on Thursday, April 15, 2010 and will finish at 12:00am on Monday, April 19, 2010 ("Promotional Period").
8. The winning entry will be selected by the Promoters, at their discretion, on Tuesday 20 April, 2010.
9. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winner within one day of the prize draw will result in prize being forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select another prize winner.
