Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter, and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

2. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand and entrants must be over the age of 18.

3. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. Participants may enter only once each day of the Promotion Period. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid.

5. The promotion runs from Monday, September 26, 2011 and closes at midnight, Sunday, October 23, 2011.

6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.

7. Five (5) winners will each win two (2) Upper East stand season memberships for the Vodafone Warriors 2012 season. Season membership means a ticket that admits a Member for the 2012 season to 12 home games in the NRL Premiership Competition. Subject to compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Season Memberships cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or returned. - The winners must also agree to the New Zealand Warriors Ltd. 8. The draw will take place on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 and winners will be notified by phone and/or email.

9. The prize (or any unused portion of the prize) is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be altered.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of comparable type, quality and value.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to request such further information as they may reasonably require in relation to an entry, including proof of identification or age. If a winner is under the age of 18 years their parent or guardian must give their prior written consent to the award of the prize.

13. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations) to either provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

15. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.

16. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.
