The New Zealand Herald and the Big Day Out are giving you and TEN of your friends the change to watch all the BDO bands from reserved seating in the main grandstand at Mt Smart Stadium in the Premiere Executive seats that have access to serviced catering.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on How to Enter and all details on the competition ad form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms below prevail. By entering, readers accept these Terms.

2. Entries close at midnight, Wednesday December 14 and are limited to one per person.

3.The prize winners will be randomly drawn on Friday, December 16 at APN New Zealand. The winner will be contacted by telephone.

4. If the prize is not claimed within 2 days of the draw, APN New Zealand Ltd may re-draw a new winner of the prize. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

6. The above information forms part of the terms and conditions.

7. Entry is open to all New Zealand residents except employees of CRS Management and APN New Zealand Ltd, and their immediate families, including household members. Sponsors, suppliers and anyone involved in the production of Big Day Out 2012 are also ineligible to enter.

8. In the event that an entrant is aged 15 or under and wins the prize, the prize will need to be claimed by a parent or guardian. It is a condition of entry that winners, or if the winner is under the age of 15, their parent or guardian, may be required to sign acceptance of these Terms and Conditions prior to claiming any prize.

9. No responsibility is taken for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.

10. All entries become the property of APN New Zealand Ltd.

11. The first randomly drawn completed entry will win reserved seating for themselves and ten guests in the main grandstand at the Big Day Out 2012.

12. Travel and accommodation is not included with the prize. Catering is at the winners and their guests' expense.

13. Prizes are not negotiable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the prize winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

14. The winners consent to the use of their names, identities and/or photographs for promotional purposes in all media.

15. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. APN New Zealand Ltd, CRS Management and its advertising agencies and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered as a result of, or arising from person(s) participating in the promotion or in connection with the winning prize, except as may be required by law.

17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of APN New Zealand Ltd, APN reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the promotion, subject, however to the written directions of any competent authority.
