6. Promotion commences at 12:00pm on Tuesday 2 July, 2013 and will finish at 11.45pm on Wednesday 17 July, 2013 ("Promotional Period").
7. The winner will be notified Thursday 18th July, 2013.
8. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
9. There is one (1) prize package that includes;
a. Return air travel for two (2) adults from Auckland to Queenstown
b. 5 x nights twin share accommodation at the Peppers Beacon
c. 5 x NZSuperpasses (day passes for two people to use over 5 days)
d. 2 x 5 days ski or snowboard rental package (if required)
e. 2 x group lessons for 3 days
f. Bus transport daily between Queenstown & Coronet Peak or The Remarkables
g. Queenstown adventure activity for two people arranged by Destination Queenstown
10. Prize must be redeemed no later than September 28, 2013. Timing subject to availability of flights and accommodation. Scheduled closing date of Coronet Peak is October 6, 2013 and The Remarkables is September 29, 2013. All scheduled dates are subject to weather and snow conditions. All flights, accommodation, transport and rental as outlined above will be booked via the NZ Ski and Destination Queenstown team. Contact details for this will be emailed to the main winner.
11. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Any additional costs not covered in the prize above that are incurred to take the prize are at the winner's expense.
13. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
14. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions stated here, on the tickets and those of the participating outlets/venues.
15. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
16. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of NZ Herald) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest" or "I would like to receive further details/offers from NZ Ski and/or Destination Queenstown" entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters.
17. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
