Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions and Voucher Code Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Voucher Code Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 16 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, and be 16 or over ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Eligible Entrants are limited to one entry in the promotion.
6. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. Promotion commences at 08:30am on Thursday 20 October, 2011 and will finish at 8:30am on Friday 28 October, 2011 ("Promotional Period").
8. The first 1,000 individual entries will be notified by email with instructions on how to use the code. The code expires on Monday 31 October, 2011.
9. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
11. The winner consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
12. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of nzherald.co.nz, TimeOut) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.

Voucher code terms and conditions
1. The PlayStation®Network (PSN) voucher code is issued and redeemed by PlayStation®Network Europe Limited of 10 Great Marlborough Street, London, W1F 7LP, United Kingdom (Company Reg. no 6020283) ("we", "us", "our"). When we refer to "you" or "your" we mean the recipient of the PSN voucher code.
2. To redeem a PSN voucher code, you will need (i) the specified hardware; (ii) a PlayStation®Network account (PSN account); and (iii) broadband internet service. You are responsible for any broadband access fees.
3. To open a PSN account you must be at least 7 years old and must accept the PSN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at eu.playstation.com/legal. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must first register a PSN master account and then set up a sub-account for you.
4. Unless otherwise stated, PSN voucher codes can only be redeemed once by you. PSN voucher codes are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or returned for a cash refund (except as required by law). If you have any questions about the use of PSN voucher codes, please visit our Customer Service at eu.playstation.com/support.
5. PSN voucher codes must be used before any specified expiry date. The expiry date and any additional restrictions will be communicated to you with the PSN voucher code.
6. PSN voucher codes will not be replaced if lost, damaged, stolen or otherwise used without your permission.
7. Certain content available via PSN voucher codes may have specific additional restrictions, such as age ratings and usage rights. Children may not be able to access content rated higher than their age.
8. A PSN voucher code can only be redeemed through PSN in those countries where PlayStation®Store is available. Additional territorial restrictions may apply.
9. If a PSN voucher code is defective, your only remedy, and our only liability, is the replacement of such PSN voucher code. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we and our licensees, affiliates and licensors make no other warranties, express or implied, with respect to PSN voucher codes, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and exclude all other liability to you arising from your use of the PSN voucher code. You may have other legal rights as a consumer which are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
10. We may assign this Agreement to any member of the Sony group of companies without your consent provided that such assignment does not adversely affect your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
11. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The contract between you and us shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in England.
12. Where PSN voucher codes are made available as part of a promotional offer, any complaints connected to such offers should be addressed to the promoter of the offer rather than to us.
